#19 Worry & Anxiety 10 min meditation

Right now I see a lot people experiencing big changes and fast-forward motion in their lives and with that it is common for feelings of worry and anxiety to arise. Or maybe your mind easily slips into worry and anxiety on an every-day basis, just like mine did before. Either way, I wanted to provide you with a guided mediation instead of talking about these strong feelings and emotions from a theoretical perspective today. So find yourself a comfortable seated position and join me for a 10 minute meditation to ease worry and anxiety. The meditation starts at 03.50 and finishes at 14.10.

Love in abundance,
Johanna Rizzo

#15 Nervous System Regulating Tools PT.1

Do you want to create more safety in your body to handle life and the challenges you’re going through? Welcome to this mini-series on nervous system regulating tools! I felt like it was about time to share some of the tools from my big toolbox of nervous system regulating tools with you and I’m starting out strong on some new perspectives on breathing and meditation and how I work with these myself and with clients. Make sure you listen to episode #14 and apply that before adding tools and practices to your life.

Warm welcome to this loving, safe space! Love in abundance, Johanna Rizzo

#5 An experiment in presence

Last week I did a little experiment and removed all stimulation (phone, books, watch etc) for 24 hours. In this episode I explain why I did this (and need to do similar things regularly), the psychology behind it, what happened and how this worked out for me.

As a holistic coach it’s important for me to continue to keep showing up for myself, every day, in all layers and processes, so that I can show up for all my clients, yogis, followers and listeners. I hope by sharing this little presence experiment, that I can inspire you to show up for yourself on new levels as well.

Happy listening!

Episode 9 – Change

This episode is all about CHANGE! Why is change so frightening at times? Why do we stay in toxic relationships and situations even though we logically know it is better to leave or change? How does Johanna make progress while sitting on the couch doing nothing? How do we even go with the flow of life? As always, so many questions!

As Alice is walking around in a hospital mindblown and Johanna is sitting by herself in total silence we’re both thinking about things that we take for granted in life, how? Tune in to find out!
