#9 Feminine & Masculine energies

As this is becoming a very hot topic, I thought I might just add my flavour to this discussion from a holistic health and healing perspective.

I’ve been postponing to record this episode for over a month, I waited for the inspiration to find me so I could explain this beautiful dynamic that is found in our inner union, but most evidently in our relationships, and last weekend it hit me. Therefore, in this episode, I explain, from a very visual perspective (as always), what feminine and masculine energies are, how they show up in our romantic relationships and my personal stories of what happened when I embodied wounded masculine and feminine energies.
